Learn more about Invent for Humanity and technology transfer for the benefit of mankind.
Invent for Humanity showcases field-ready sustainable innovations, known as “Appropriate Technology”, leveraging the experience of licensing professionals to match and structure the actual transfer of such technology to meet recognized needs of emerging market economies.
Invent for Humanity’s mission is to:
- Expose technology needs and solutions to the senior leadership of participating organizations at the GTIF (including groups such as the Licensing Executives Society International, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Trade Organization, the International Chamber of Commerce, and others); and
- Facilitate the practical transfer of Appropriate Technology to developing countries by utilizing CAI Fellows, as well as IP and licensing professionals.
CAI is dedicated to matching existing technologies to new applications, needs and markets. By applying a practical, hands-on approach to technology transfer, CAI activities generate greater efficiency and the prospect of more wide-spread impact than similar events held by other organizations.
